All tours depart daily, you can choose the date and book it to suit your schedule.
Book online by clicking the “book now” button on the top right hand of the tour page you’re interested in. Fill the form with your information.
You will be redirect to our payment page. It is mandatory to pay a reservation fee of R$ 150 per person for each tour, it must be paid through PayPal (all credit cards).
The other part of the payment must be done cash direct to our guide in the tour day.
If you want to pay everything by credit card you will be charged an extra 10% on the total price of the tour.

Yes you can. Normally our minimum group size is two people but we have many activities that can be done alone.
We have scheduled tours you can enter. If you are one person alone, we can allocate you in another group or you can pay an extra fee to do the tour alone. Send us a message on WhatsApp or e-mail
If you book a tour we also going to advertise it in our calendar and it may have other customers join the group.
The primary released party is Rio Natural. The tour guides are additional released parties.
The client(s) will participate in a tour which is a public area in the open and subject to weather conditions and its sudden changes. It is fully understood by the client(s) that there are some inherent risks associated with this tour, specifically including but not limited to tripping and falling, abrasions, cuts and contusions, sprained ankles and wrists, pulled muscles, twisted ankles, limbs and joints injuries, cramps, dehydration and heat exhaustion, and harmful animals and insects which are unpredictable in nature and may attack, all of which can cause personal injury or death to the participant, and damage or loss of equipment, materials and personal belongings used in and during the Tour.
The client(s) certifies that are physically fit and in a condition that will allow to participate fully in the activity. The client(s) certifies that maintains medical insurance that covers him and his group for accidents and illnesses while participating in the tour(s). The client(s) understands that Rio Natural has not made, nor will make, any investigation into his physical fitness or ability to participate in the activity.
Rio Natural is relying on his warranty of physical condition. The client(s) assumes full responsibility for payment of medical expenses not covered by his insurance incurred as a result of his participation in this tour. The client(s) understands the dangers inherent to this activity.
The client(s) assumes any risk including the above mentioned ones, takes full responsibility and waives any and all claims of personal injury, including severe bodily injury, damage to personal property and death relating to the participation in the booked tour.
It Is authorized by the client(s) that the images (photos or videos) collected during the tour(s) can be used for promotional purposes. The client(s) can not claim any rights or payments for those images.
Up to 48 hours notice before departure you can change your tour or date of the tour.
Less than 48 hours notice, you are unable to change the tour or the date of the tour.
We do not return the amount paid as reservation fee only in case of weather conditions that compromises the safety of the tour. The guide of the tour is responsible to analyze the weather conditions.
Most of our tours can still be conducted in the rain. Just bring a raincoat with you but if you don’t have one, we can lend you one. If the rain is really heavy and in anyway compromises the safety of the tour then the guide will cancel the tour. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the tour or if it is not possible a full refund will be paid. In the event of rain, wait for the guide at the arranged meeting point or just call Rio Natural Ecotourism.
